Rules guide
Rubyslots Casino counts your winnings as bonus first
When the reels stop and you first look at the balance that just landed in your account.
Rubyslots Casino caps each bet
While the winnings sit under wagering, single bets are capped at NZ$10 on the welcome route and NZ$5 on the 15-spin route; keep every stake under that ceiling.
Which documents will they ask for?
Before the first withdrawal, the casino confirms your identity, address and payment method; allow around 61 hours for that review before any winnings can leave the account.
A clear path to real money
Spins credit bonus money at first, not withdrawable cash; what you see in the balance is a playable amount until the wagering against it is finished.
Full contribution from slot play
Wagering on the slot behind your offer counts in full toward the requirement, while other game types contribute far less or nothing at all.
Activation path
Before the credit, after the wager
You will know each move from registration to a balance you can withdraw.
Rubyslots Casino sign-up details
At sign-up, copy the details exactly as they appear on your identity document, since spins without deposit may wait on a confirmed phone number or ID.
Entered first, credited next
Then open the bonus page and enter the code, watching the clock: welcome spins last 14 days, spins without deposit just 1.
Under minimum, no spins
Before you pay in, check the minimum: at least NZ$19 and no Skrill, which the welcome terms exclude; the match adds 116% up to NZ$1,250.
One slot only
After the credit lands, open the named slot and nothing else, since the spins sit there at their fixed value and will not follow you elsewhere.
Where to play
Meet the slots your spins land on
18+Spins ride on a short, fixed set of slots here, so each one gets plenty of traffic.

What sits behind the number
What are these spins really worth?
Multiply spins by the value of one spin, apply the slot RTP for an expected win, then apply the wagering to that win. What follows is an estimate, not a promise.
No deposit
15 × NZ$0.10 = NZ$1.50 → About NZ$1.45 (RTP 96.5%) → NZ$1.45 × 60x = NZ$87.00 · Cap NZ$50
Welcome pack · Deposit 1
224 × NZ$0.20 = NZ$44.80 → About NZ$43.01 (RTP 96%, average assumed) → NZ$43.01 × 38x = NZ$1634.38
Weekday spins · Monday
50 × NZ$0.10 = NZ$5.00 → About NZ$4.80 (RTP 96%, average assumed) → No wagering
Tier bonus NZ$100
100 × NZ$0.10 = NZ$10.00 → About NZ$9.60 (RTP 96%, average assumed) → NZ$9.60 × 35x = NZ$336.00
Rubyslots Casino lists the causes when spins vanish
A gain from one click. Open the bonus section of your account and activate the offer there; until that click, the spins stay dormant and the slot will not show them.
Room for the new spins. An active bonus blocks a second one, so finish or forfeit the running offer first; the new spins appear only when the old bonus is closed.
Activation window expiry. Each route carries its own activation window, from a single day on the small drops to a couple of weeks on the welcome set, and unused spins drop away quietly.
Which game holds the spins?. Your spins belong to one named slot, so opening a different game hides them; return to the slot listed in your offer terms.
Already claimed once. The deposit-free set is limited to one per person and one per household, so a second claim on the same address will not pass the check.
A faster trace with details. Live chat runs around the clock and email reaches the team at [email protected]; send the offer name and the time you claimed it to speed the trace.
Once a week the ladder applies on Cash Crazy: NZ$20 brings 20 spins, NZ$50 brings 50, and NZ$100 brings 100 at NZ$0.10 each.

Rubyslots Casino spins carry no duty to continue
Every spin here is an invitation, never an obligation to deposit again or to keep playing. Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion sit in your account settings and take effect at once. Gambling Helpline New Zealand and the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand also answer, at any hour.
Self-exclusion. This closes your account to play for the period you choose and blocks promotional mail from Rubyslots Casino.
Cooling-off periods. A short pause you set on your own account, during which no deposit or wager can be placed.
Loss limits. It caps how much you may lose in a set span, and play stops once the cap is reached.
It settles the small practical doubts that decide whether a spin offer is worth claiming.
